I wanted to combine SEO and Social Media analytics in the worst way. Hubspot makes a software platform to build websites with everything integrated but I wanted 3 party software that did everything tracking in one place. Raven has saved me tons of time and money, its truly amazing. I completed a profile in minutes and set up auto reporting, everything is right there for the taking. I just can't stop smiling about it. I've been using Raven for a few months now and REALLY like it a lot. The social media monitors are really helpful too, and as you stated the FireFox toolbar makes adding links to Raven super easy.
